In order to standardize the professional management of higher education self-study examinations in our province, after research by the Fujian Provincial Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee, it has been decided that no graduation certificates will be issued for the suspended higher education self-study examinations in our province. Please refer to the attachment for the specific time limit.
